Community Description
ArtsHub 118 is more than a place to live. It is a vibrant community of professional artists and nonprofit arts/cultural industry professionals. This unique co-operative consists of sixteen live/work studios located above the Nina Haggerty Centre for the Arts and applicants must meet income requirement limits upon move-in.
As a member of ArtsHub 118, you have an essential role within your community. You will be encouraged to not only live in your space but also hold the key for how that will happen. Each member has a vote in how to best manage the residence, allowing you to have a say in how to shape your environment. This not only fosters a community within the building but builds social cohesion.
Living in ArtsHub 118 is an alternative to renting or buying. It is an effective, economical, and advantageous way of living. Please remember you must qualify to become an ArtsHub member. The criteria to qualify can be found at https://www.artshab.com/

Applicants do not have to meet all the criteria in order to be considered however, the Membership Committee will use the criteria as a guide with which to make the determination of eligibility. The decision of the committee is binding.
